PORTLAND – Police were looking for a suspect after one person was stabbed near a day labor site in Northeast Portland Monday. Officers found one man with a stab wound to the hand and paramedics treated him near NE MLK and Davis. The suspect was described as a Hispanic man in his mid 30s wearing a dark hat and jacket.
