In this fulltime position you will act as a patient advocate on behalf of “parent company”.
The mission of this position is to be a representative for "parent company" by interacting with the patients while at a local medical facility and soon after their discharge.
In this role, the objective is to identify/assign accounts to "parent company" accounts and collect all pertinent information for these accounts before sending to "parent company" while simultaneously easing any concerns the patient has.
